Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SalonBuddy. If you use the platform on behalf of a salon or business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your password secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post, including your portfolio images and profile details. By posting, you grant SalonBuddy a limited license to display and distribute that content on the platform so it can be shown to other members as you intend. Only post content you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of clients and models in your work.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You may not misuse the platform, including by harassing others, posting illegal or infringing content, impersonating anyone, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Opportunities and listings

Salons and businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the opportunities they post. SalonBuddy is a platform for connection; we are not a party to any employment, rental, or service agreement between members.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Disclaimer

SalonBuddy is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
